Gian Maria Gros Pietro
Gian Maria Gros Pietro
Chairman of Atlantia and Autostrade per l'Italia.

Born in Turin on 4 February 1942, he is Professor of Economics at LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome and he is head of the Department of Economic Sciences and Management. He is the author of numerous publications on economic and industrial topics. Since June 2002 he is Chairman of Atlantia S.p.A..

From 1974 to 1995 he was Director of CERIS, CNR's leading economic institute. He is an expert in industrial policy and has worked largely on privatizations, with important duties as a Commissioner overseeing the sale of state companies. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Anas and a member of Italrating's Rating Commitee. From 1997 to 1999 he was the Chairman of IRI and then of ENI from November 1999 to May 2002. Since December 2003 he has been Chairman of Federtrasporto, the Federation of Transport companies belonging to the Federation of Industry.
Currently he is Chairman of Atlantia S.p.A. and Autostrade per l'Italia.

 
 

Giovanni Castellucci

Chief Executive Officer of Atlantia and Autostrade per l'Italia.

Born in Senigallia (Ancona) on 23 July 1959, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Florence University in 1984 and completed his MBA at SDA Bocconi in Milan.
From 1988 to 1999 he worked for the Boston Consulting Group, a leading consultancy in the areas of strategic management, he was initially consultant, Case Leader and Manager in the Paris branch (until 1991) and then in Milan (after 1991). Subsequently he became a partner of the Milan branch with responsability for the Consumer Goods, Services sectors and Pharma Practices. In January 2000 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Barilla Group.
In June 2001 he joined the Group Autostrade S.p.A. as Chief Operating Officer.
Since April 2005 he is Chief Executive Officer of Autostrade per l’Italia, maintaining the positin of Chief Operating Officer of Autostrade S.p.A..
Since 2006 he is Chief Executive Officer of Autostrade S.p.A currently named Atlantia S.p.A..

 
 

 Giancarlo Guenzi

Chief Financial Officer di Atlantia

Mr Guenzi has a degree in business economics and he is a certified public accountant and auditor. He has worked for the Group since 1994, lastly as CEO and General Manager of Pavimental, the company of the Group operating in the infrastructures and maintenance of the pavement of roads, motorways and airports.
Giancarlo Guenzi, after completing a significant professional experience in KPMG and Italstat Group, was head of Planning and Control of the Autostrade Group for several years.

 
 

Massimo Sonego
Massimo Sonego
Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations di Atlantia.

Mr. Sonego has a degree in business economics from Milan’s Bocconi University and completed a Program in International Management at Montreal’s McGill University. He worked at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Edizione Holding before joining Autostrade Group in 2002, the company changed name in Atlantia S.p.A. in 2007.
