INVESTOR RELATIONS: Privacy Notice and Intellectual Rights.

The use of the data that you send us by e-mail or fax, and that is processed in order to respond to requests for information, is in compliance with the laws on the reservation of privacy, in all senses and effects of law 196/03. Your personal data shall not in any circumstances be communicated or sent to a third party and, regarding such data, you may exercise the rights foreseen in art.7 of the same law 196/03, sending an e-mail to the address investor.relations@atlantia.it to obtain an update, the correction or the cancellation of such data.

All the information or the materials (i.e. applications, suggestions, ideas, information, material, etc.) that you send us shall not be considered confidential in nature, unless explicitly specified by the sender, in which case we reserve the right to refuse such information or material.

Each communication must include the data identifying you as the sender, and it shall remain your exclusive responsibility to ensure that the material does not violate other people's rights and that said information provided is valid and truthful.

Sending information or material of any nature to Atlantia S.p.A., will give us the right to use, to reproduce, to modify, to transmit and to distribute such information or material unless otherwise explicitly specified by the sender, in which case we shall reserve the right to refuse such information or material. Unless otherwise explicitly specified by the sender, Atlantia S.p.A. will have the right to freely use any idea, concept, know-how or technique that it can obtain from such information or material sent for any purpose, and no right can be claimed by the sender or by third parties on the free usage of such information or material from Atlantia S.p.A.

In the case of pretexts from third parties regarding the use of information or the materials from Atlantia S.p.A., the sender will indemnify S.p.A. against damages and will exempt it from liability.
