Regulations for the Management and Coordination of the Autostrade Group
In order to conduct management and coordination activities pursuant to articles 2497, and subsequent, of the Italian Civil Code, Autostrade has drawn up specific Regulations regarding the ways in which the holding company manages and coordinates Group companies.
