Procedure for Related Party Transactions

On 11 November 2010 the Board of Directors approved the new Procedure for Atlantia’s Related Party Transactions, in compliance with the CONSOB regulations governing related party transactions contained in Resolution 17221 of 12 March 2010, as subsequently amended.
The new Procedure came into effect from 1 January 2011.
