Procedure for Market Announcements
The management of confidential information is the responsibility of the Chairman, in agreement with the Managing Director. To this end, in September 2009 the Company's Board of Directors approved the Procedure for Market Announcements, which governs the management and treatment of confidential information, and the procedures for the internal and external communication of documents and disclosures regarding the company and its subsidiaries, with particular reference to price sensitive information.
