Supervisory Board

Atlantia's Supervisory Board was established in implementation of the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01 (and subsequent amendments, in particular those introduced by Legislative Decree 61/02) with the task of defining an organisation, management and control model for all the companies of the Autostrade Group, in order to notify the Company's responsibility with regard to unlawful administrative actions.

Atlantia's Supervisory Board is chaired by Renato Granata, Emeritus Chairman of the Constitutional Court and the First Honorary Adjunct Chairman of the Supreme Court and consists of the Head of Legal Affairs, Pietro Fratta and Head of Internal Auditing Simone Bontempo.
