Human Resources Committee

This Committee submits proposals to the Board of Directors regarding directors' fees and any share option plans or cash bonuses for employees of the Company or the Group.
The Committee generally meets once every three months on the Chairman's initiative.

The current members of the Committee are non-executive directors Stefano Cao and Giuseppe Piaggio, and the independent directors, Alberto Bombassei, Alberto Clô and Francesco Paolo Mattioli  who were elected by minority shareholders.
